Typical delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
We currently ship to United Kingdom only. International shipping will be added in a future update.
Returns window: 14 days from delivery, as a default in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations minimums. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Import from Etsy
In Etsy Shop Manager go to Settings, Options, Download data, and download your listings (CSV). Choose that file here. You will see exactly what changes before anything is saved. Your Etsy listings go live, products from the old Wix site are archived (you can restore them from Listings), and anything else is left as it is.
