At One Must Have, we specialise in turning creative ideas into reality. With expertise in personalised laser cutting, engraving, and cutting-edge 3D printing — we make gifts that feel made for the person receiving them.

Every product is chosen because it is genuinely worth owning — not because it fills a shelf. That is the One Must Have standard.

Shipping

Free UK delivery on orders over £30. Orders under £30 incur a flat £3.95 shipping fee.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Typical delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

We currently ship to United Kingdom only. International shipping will be added in a future update.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.

Returns window: 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To start a return: email us at hello@onemusthave.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 working days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
